What security measures does Homebase Storage take?
We employ all the theft deterrents we can to keep you and your belongings safe while on our property. Perimeter fencing, coded gate entry, lighting, and 24-hour video surveillance work together to provide an environment that is welcoming and ready to protect your unit!
Where are you located?
Our west facility is located at 1909 North 1st Street which is 3 blocks south of 1st & Cornhusker Hwy, directly across from Oak Lake. Our east facility is located at 700 N. Cotner Blvd., on the west side of the Gateway Mall. Our southeast facility is located at 204th & Hwy 2 between Bennet , NE and Palmyra, NE. Our facility in Beatrice is located at 1613 N. 5th Street near Hwy 77.
How can I pay my bill?
We offer many ways to pay your bill using autopayments, all major credit/debit cards, and online payments.
What is climate control and do I need it?
Climate-controlled units maintain a constant temperature throughout the year, keeping your belongings safe through the hot summers and cold winters. These units are perfect for a wide variety of items, including furniture, books, documents, antiques, etc. Call our office for more information about these units and to inquire about their availability.
What are your office hours?
Our Main Office - West, located at 1909 N. 1st St. is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. For your convenience, our Main Office - East, located at 700 N. Cotner and our Beatrice facility located 1615 N. 5th St. ( in the old Storekraft building) features a 24-hour kiosk.
What are your office hours?
Our self storage facilities have access hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week including holidays.
Do you have a place for me to park my RV/Auto/Boat?
Absolutely! We have two parking lots in the area, both of which are secured by perimeter fencing with a coded gate and offering 24-hour access. In west Lincoln check out our lot at 1909 N 1st St. In the southeast area, check out our lot at 204th & Hwy 2 which is between Bennet, NE and Palmyra, NE.
